The origin of Benji's!

Sometimes it takes more than one trial and error session to really dig deep and find what your true inspiration is. For Benji's that trial and error session was Three B's cuisine. Three B's cuisine was a great concept, but it lacked depth and we lacked experience. At the time we weren't all focused on the same goals. And as a team we all know that winning comes when the whole team has the same goals. Fast Forward a few hundred years... just a joke... but seriously some time had passed and the idea of bringing new, exciting, and a unique cuisine to our area came up again.  We thought hey... the market is here for it. At Benji's it's not just about family, friends, and fine dining. We want your experience to be like our first time when we asked. Can I have a bite?
